My salad was full of ends that should have ended up in garbage. That sombrero salad tasted like a stale hat. I will not be back to this red robin again the other ones in area are much better
Been to restaurant a total of 3 times. Service is absolutely terrible!!!! Takes forever to get food and drinks. Staff priorities are focused on socializing rather than paying patrons. Tonight when I walked in, two male staff members were arguing at the hostess stand, extremely unprofessional. Despite the food being tasty, I always leave with a bad taste in my mouth!!!!
the Woodbridge mall location is better than this one. the raspberry iced tea should just be called "plain iced tea" being that it has no flavor. my waiter was horrible hardly looked at us when we were talking, answered with his back turned, and never gave me the other drink i asked for since the iced tea was horrible. Ontop of all this, the waiter went on a damn smoke break while we waited for him after our meal about 20mins even while we pressed the call server button on the tablet.. never will go to this location EVER again!

The place looks amazing great eye catching restaurant. Our waitress SARA was so awesome we waited no more then 15 minutes for our food a table of five and it was pretty busy. Definitely would come eat come again without a doubt. By the way the absolutely absolute freckle lemonade is really good would definitely recommend to try... THANK YOU RED ROBIN ...
Waited too long to see a waiter. We were seated quick looked through the menu for 5 minutes pushed the call server button and waited. Watched other staff go by taking care of everyone. The call server button times out after a while so we pushed it again. Watched 4 other groups come in and see there waitress and get at least drinks. So we just got up and left and now we're at Bar Louie. I always loved Bar Louie and my free birthday burger at Red Robin is not important. BAD SEVICE IS BAD SERVICE.
