Would've loved to give ZERO stars, honestly... Terrible experiences AFTER I made a purchase there. I will admit though, the staff at this store has always been very friendly & very helpful... But that's what it takes to get your business!!! Remember that... Cause once they got you, they really GET you! Try going back there after you've made your purchase and see how much they wanna help you out when you bring to their attention how they deceived/scammed you. So, please be aware that this store is an authorized RESELLER, not an authorized RETAILER. Big Difference. My advice is this... READ everything in the paperwork that you're signing, question if something doesn't seem right & have them correct it before you walk outta that place. Because when I purchased my phone, there was a "promotion" that day that offered four free accessories... Nice, right?!!! A year later, long story short, I find out that I was actually paying for them this whole time... I was financing them & didn't realize cause the monthly charge was only $6, so I didn't notice. Today I go to get my battery replaced in my phone & I learned that this place actually sold me a refurbished phone (in which non-OEM parts were used), not a new phone like I went in there to buy & thought that I was buying, BUT yet they charged me the same price as if it were a new one. So, buyer beware... And hopefully no one else experiences anything similar or worse, than what I have.
