If you can find what you need on the shelf you'll have no problems. If you need the help of an employee, be prepared to wait and to ask several people before you get assistance. Don't get mad at the employees, they have no control over how many people Best buy had on staff.
Good options however their customer service has to improve towards customers from other ethinicities. Very quick to bracket people. Because I come in flip flops and a brown skin colour doesn't mean I can't buy a flat screen worth 2 grand and pay in cash.
Fernando and Nile were very professional and helpful.. The VISIO TV that website stated was available at the East Brunswick NJ store was not.. I ended up purchasing a INSIGNIA 50 " for less.. I also purchased a 3.5 cubic chest freezer and Belle coffee maker.. I hope Best Buy watches their website closer to update availability
Worst Customer Service Ever. Came yesterday to pick up my Note 8 which was on promotion for $350 off. Didn’t like the color so came back today 11/28 to exchange for the black color. Didn’t even activate the phone. Still they told me I cannot get the same deal and I have to pay restocking fee. I worked for Verizon Wireless and I know for sure you can exchange for the same Device Payment contract with the new MEID. Still they don’t wanna help. And the customer service has audacity to tell me that why I didn’t buy from Verizon Store if I work there. Never ever coming back here to shop or won’t recommend it to anyone either.
