I love guitar center. Good basses and guitars. They let me try different basses and amps
The staff is very sexist and don't take women seriously. I've been going to this guitar center for years and have had countless disgusting interactions here but just the other day I went in to sell a guitar to get a new one and Alex laughed at me. It was so bizarre and I didn't even know how to react. I love guitar center but I just can't go here anymore. They're so degrading and rude
Great place. Their staff are professional, they are ready to answer any of your questions and give you their expertise advice..it was a great experience to talk to JT one the staff, he took his time to explain to us and helped us to choose the right equipment. THANKS JT. They're friendly and expert in the field.
Be careful when you buy from this store!! This is not the first time I have bad experience with Guitar Center in East Brunswick. Yesterday I purchased a keyboard. A few times I asked a salesperson if he has a new keyboard in stack. He assured me that he has it. When I paid, the box was already there. It did not look new. I asked again if he has a new item. He brought me another one. When I came home and unpacked the box I found a heavy used keyboard with scratches and crack. I have spent another hour to go back to the store and to exchange the item with the manager's help. I believe that this is a normal practice to sell you the used item instead of new. Be careful!
