Don't go to any other sprint store. Seriously good customer service down to earth sale reps. Anytime I go to a different sprint I end up walking out screaming. But like I said down to earth so they won't piss you off.

The place is ok good cooperation but the service is very confusing and misunderstood they tell you one thing but it’s really the other in a negative surprise.

Sales staff is decent but if you have an issue with your phone your beat. Turns out my sim card was bad and needed a new one. Went in to the store looking to get a new one. Told the sales rep my situation first thing he says is "did you buy a warranty" . I didn't and the sales rep had no interest in helping.Sales rep told me had no obligation of helping but they can do it as a favor. He passed me along to their assurion staff who was nice but said it was my phone not the SIM card. He told me to go to a Samsung repair center which was an hour plus away. All I wanted and needed was a new sim but they told me they couldn't help. Went to Samsung repair center to waste 3 hours and it turns out phone is fine and it was the SIM card. Called up Sprint told them everrything and they sent me a new sim and would you believe my phone works perfectly fine. Morale of the store if you have any technical issues don't go here. Unless you have a warranty they won't help you for anything. Call Sprint and save your time.

Outstanding service. I arrived very near closing and needed to purchase a new phone, not an inconsiderable investment of time. The staff handled it promptly and professionally, never once betrayed any annoyance or frustration, explained every step and every option concisely and made me aware of what to do in the event of any problems. Highly recommend them.

I have to give five stars for the impeccable service that I received from Mackenzie. She really went above and beyond. If you need anything, try to get Mackenzie. She really was outstanding to deal with.
