  Horrible customer service in the East Brunswick Mall. The manager Chanell is unbelievably unprofessional and rude to customers. It makes you wonder how someone as ignorant as her can get a managerial job working with people.

  The worst experience ever! The minute I entered the store the cashier had her eyes on me which is very uncomfortable. I looked around and found a gold romper on the rack and decided to go try it on. The fitting room door was locked so I went to the register to the same cashier and asked if she could unlock the door for me. When she unlocked the door I said thank you and she ignored me as I left the dressing room I placed the gold romper back on the rack. I went to the front of the store and started looking at chokers as my friend paid for her items. Upon departure the same cashier stormed behind and stated "Where did you put the romper its nowhere in sight" I then asked if she was accusing me of stealing the romper she did not respond but asked again "Where did you put it now we have a problem." I directed her to the romper and she indicated "I see it now" the young lady did not issue me an apology and profiled me in front of other customers which is very humiliating. I proceeded to leave the store but thought to myself no this is unacceptable and I need to speak to a manger as this should not happen to anyone without having real probable cause. I asked the other cashier for the manager and she states the accused was the assistant manager. I requested someone higher up and they both refused to give me any information and to add fire to the fuel the assistant manager started arguing with me to validate that she did no wrong which caused me to get out of character.
