My fiancé and I have stayed here quite often. The rooms are always clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The beds are very comfortable. The only place I stay when visiting NJ.
Super friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices. The pool was clean and relaxing. The room was also super clean. We also were able to get a late check out with no extra fee. Great hotel, would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
When we first arrived in the hotel it seemed nice. But when we got settled into the room we saw that there was hair on the bed, which isn't that bad but still not the best, and also the roller chair smelled like pee. And the pants that he was wearing when he sat in it smelled like pee to. So we called the front desk to get a new chair and also ask it they would give us some coins to pay to wash and dry the pants, but the lady would only give us a 1.50 for the detergent. The whole thing cost 3.50 and we tried explaining to the lady that we didn't want to spend the money bc it wasn't our fault. Later at night the next day we also tried to get a new remote bc our remote wouldn't turn the stations or do anything else but turn off and on. We went down stairs to get a new one and the lady says with a attitude " What did YOU do to it" I looked at the lady and told her I didn't do anything it has been doing that since we first arrived. I would suggest going to a different hotel.
I am not sure where to start. I stayed here for 4 nights and this has to be the best Hotel in Brunswick. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a REAL smile, not like most Hotels with employees trying to be over nice (even housekeeping greeted you with a smile in the hallway). The staff here are genuinely happy to host you. The rooms are 10/10 I could not find one dirty spot or something broken, the room was immaculate and did not have that musty smell Hotels generally have. The rooms are very big with plenty of space to fit everything in. The Hotel is silent, I mean silent! You do not hear hallway noises or outside. The pool was big and clean. Workout room was nice as well. More then enough parking outside in the lot. This Hotel is a hidden gem in Brunswick. The Hotel rating should be a 5 star! Look no further, it is worth every single penny! The Hotel was so great I already booked my next trip!
The only complaint was there was one person working the front desk and there was a wait. But we were in a room away from the turnpike so it was quiet. Breakfast was better than most places and the room was clean and comfortable.
