Absolutely horrible place. They sold us a engagement ring and claimed it was solid white gold, but after we got it appraised we find out it was not. We spent $3000 on it and the appraiser said it was only worth not even $1000. Further more the ring easily got damaged and their protection policy refused to fix it. They held our ring for over two months before telling us they didn't want to fix it because repairing or replacing it would take out of their bonuses. Lots of issues with this place.
