Gym is pretty decent for the price although they have significantly less machinery and open space compared to other gyms I’ve been at. The only thing I don’t like about this place is the hidden fees that aren’t explicitly said to you when you sign up.
The trainers and management are true , down to earth professionals ,who bring out the best in their clientele. My trainer Chris Alfaro instills terrific motivation and his instruction is precise as well as informative in a goal setting environment. Additionally, Joe K. and Chris G. have been very helpful land honest in explaining the various plans available !
Was a member of Jersey Strong for several years and was very happy with my membership, never had a complaint and didn't have a problem canceling the membership.
Great prices, probably the best value for money out there. They do not have a pool or basketball court. The place is often a little crowded during busy hours and it can be difficult to get a particular machine/area. But can't beat the price.
I love Jersey Strong I care about how I look and nobody and nothing can stop how I present myself or how they present themselves to me. The teachers are all caring and strong just the best part of my day. Thank you Jersey Strong!!!!!!!
