I was really surprised with this place. They have a big selection and you can find furniture to fit everyone's budget and quality. The staff is friendly and helpful... A little competitive among themselves for customers... But that didn't bother me

Love Unclaimed Freight. Jim is the Best and so are all the staff!!!

I bought a rug and learnt that What you see is not what you get here.. highly disappointed in my case. I visited the store with my wife and thought that we are too late to realize this store. Nice range of furniture and rugs are available here. Though everything appear to be good quality, we thought that the prices are reasonable for what we are seeing.I was in no hurry to buy a rug, but looking at the range and the price, thought that I could pick one for this season. Rugs in display were big and that was our need. They've mentioned dimensions, but being poor at guessing the sizes, I was carried over by the display piece and bought it. I was reminded by cashier that there are no returns and that didn't strike my thought. I picked it and when unpacked realised that it is half the size of what is shown over display.. and no escape..

There was no option for zero stars. I bought a dining table set against my better judgement. When I opened the box, it looked like a beautiful set! To my dismay it was missing four parts. I called customer service who were extremely rude and wouldn't let me speak, they kept cutting me off and finally told me that if I drove to them, they would give me the parts that were missing. I brought the parts home and began building the set. 3 out of the 4 chairs were so bent out of shape upon arrival that when you put all the piece together, the screw strips and 3 of the chairs were unable to be assembled. I called them again upset and told them that I would like a refund. I spoke to the manager and he said that I would have to bring the entire set back to him for a refund. I told him that I would love to but I drive a small car and had to rent a U-Haul just to get it to my house! So I asked if he could come pick it up. (I also live 35 min from the store and had just wasted tons of time driving to get the missing parts). He said ok, that he would pick it up for a $75 charge. The set was under 300 to begin with! I'm not paying MORE money for something that arrived to me broken. I kept arguing with him and he was a stubborn person who clearly shouldn't be dealing with people. I ended up calling my credit card company and disputing the charge. I am still waiting for the final outcome. If you read reviews and still buy from this store after reading the multiple terrible reviews, then purchase at your own risk! I knew better then to order from here after reading reviews online. And now I know I should have trusted my gut.

I visited this store for about 3 to 4 times until I really liked these sofas. I purchased the sofa and set up a delivery date. Before setting up the date I confirmed with the chasier that they had to call me before bringing the sofas since it was a weekday but I never got a call from them. Then when I told them to redo the delivery they asked for an extra charge when it wasn't even my fault. By the way the manager (Jim) that spoken to me was extremely rude. He was so unprofessional. So then I planned on cancelling my order and then I asked for a receipt for the delivery charge he charged me for but he refused to give me one. He literally said "Have a good day," when I asked for a receipt. Then when I told told him that he has no care for his customers he said,"I don't care." I don't know who hired him as a manager. He has no care about losing customers. I have NEVER seen a manager like this. Unclaimed furniture has very nice furniture but because for the rude manager Jim no one would ever step a foot into that store ever again. They are going to lose so many customers just because of the unprofessional manager.
