I want to thank this whole organization from the bottom of my heart for helping me and my entire family to get through toughest moment of our lives. From the very first phone call everything was handled with great care and true professionalism. I did not pay much attention at the moment, but as I look back I now realize that this place is run like a military operation. They never once had to apologize for either forgetting or missing something, even a smallest detail. I had to interact with 4 or 5 representatives during several days and every single one of them presented himself with a same level of courtesy and professionalism. Again, I would like to thank Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels for helping us.
