Hated this really bad do not go I repeat! I’m an Indian so my parents are out in line for the Black Friday sale bc of the coupons and my friends go and their three year old child gets a coupon but my twelve year old brother does not that’s stupid they say no kids now get out of here that service is stupid. I’m sorry to anyone who loves jcpenny but I recommend going to Kohl’s they had such a great service and the staff was really great
JCPenny Portraits- Tina was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The Groupon I used definitely eased the sticker shock if the final price, but given the quality of service I received I wouldn't have mind paying full price. We didn't wait too long to get started, and she let us take many more shots than normally done.
Not enough cashier's, no help. Was a zoo. JCPenney's used to be wonderful I can't believe how awful my experience was
Had to pick up the The walkie-talkie to try to get help and then they sent someone who knows nothing they just lost $1000 appliance sale
