I have been going to this practice since I was a little girl. I have never had any issues with them at all. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the doctor's always spend a decent amount of time chatting to see how I am doing, aside from my teeth. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and always make sure I'm comfortable while I'm there. I cannot wait to bring my baby girl there for her first check up! Staff is just amazing. Not a bad thing to say about them.
Our daughter has been going here since age 2. At that time, she fell and cracked off a large portion of her front tooth. Dr. Backhaus had to perform a pulpotomy. All went smoothly. The tooth looked amazing, never turned purple from trauma, and fell out at the usual time around age 7. We trust Dr. Backhaus and her entire staff. They have a lot of patience with the children.
They asked $7000 to 8000 for just filling some cavities. I do not understand why they never mentioned using laughing gas which is commonly used for kids, but only gave two options of general anesthesia.
The dentist was great! She made my children feel very comfortable and was very patient with them. My problem was with the office staff. To be fair, my situation is very complicated, but the issues that arose were out of my control. The way they handled everything was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone based on the staff alone.
The office staff people are extremely rude but the doctors there are so nice and helpful and careful!
