Good for clearance finds as well as everyday essential clothes.
Went to use restroom while shopping and sign outside door- printed out stated "Bathroom out of order due to leak, (employees only (in red ). After leaving restroom with said "leak" asked employee by dressing room why sign was up if no leak was present or seemed previously. Was just told there was a drain running??. She later ran off to inform managment who didn't seem to give much importance to situation.Questioned cashier as to why such a false sign, Katrina-cashier was very extremely rude, hostel with no sense to customer concerns yet alone customer service. Worst experience at Old Navy ever!!!!! Where's the jolly holiday spirit and joy this time of the year. Should've kept walking along in mall instead of going into this store and ruining my day, weekend as week as holiday you. :`(
