I have life time alignment which is a scam. Bit I went in for oil change and alignment the guy came up to me and said the mechanic wants to speak with u and he show me the air filter and cabin filter were dirty but I know and I am going to change myself. After a week I realized my tire is missing two bolt. Very bad just be careful. I think they're mechanic work off a commission so eventually they will do something so they could make money off of you.
I cannot speak enough about the honest and knowledgeable staff at Firestone! Jim Knapp(Store manager) was so helpful in diagnosing a "problem" that a dealership said that my car had--which it did not! Jim and his staff are wonderful! I will be bringing my daughters car there for all future auto repairs and maintenance and will recommend everyone I know to visit Firestone for their car needs, as well !! We had also just recently purchased a full set of tires from Firestone and that experience was also wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I went in because I had a nail in my tire. I was told I needed a new tire and I was under a major time crunch. When I said I would come back the service rep said he would feel better if I got it fixed. They had it done in less than an hour. :-)
I've been coming to this Firestone for years. The customer service is great, they are communicative and give recommendations without putting pressure on you to get them done. I usually leave my car overnight or go catch a movie at the mall while I wait. That way time is not an issue for me and they can take their time to make sure the job is done right.
Had to go for tire balancing several times, they could not get it right on their Hunter roadforce machine. Was annoyed with their service and went to a performance speed shop which got it right from the first try.
