Never ever coming back again. Crazy how people only with bathing suits can go in the water. I have never ever felt so angry. I'm sure there's people out there who don't wear bathing suits. And people here make that a big deal.

Me and my friend went there in July, it was hot and we had to wait in this loooong line to get tickets. It was super hot and there was a lot of people. Once we managed to get to the ticket booth the tickets were very expensive! They brought the price up because it was the 4th and it was $28 for a nonresident Kid! When we actually went inside the experience was okay but not great. The 3 slides are cool but the pools were kinda disgusting because they had sand stuck at the bottom and it was super crowded. The Lazy River was decent though. Everything else was standard

I should went to Dorney Park rather than Crystal spring. On July 3rd we went to this place from New York since it was closer for me and it was around 2 or 3 pm I forgot exact time, we had to wait an hour to purchase the ticket. Cashiers were in the room but they were not selling the tickets and it was very hot outside. The water park is also not clean and is very small. There are only 2-3 different water things you can do in that place. The people who works there are also not friendly, I think city should watch that place very carefully since I saw lot of small kids in the water park and the park was not well organized.

I don't know how this place got bad reviews. It's a good thing I disregarded them and went to ck it out for myself. I loved everything. It's like a mini water park. The facilities for the little ones were cute, the lazy river was relaxing and the slides cool. My mother had previously hurt her arm so when she tried to go in the pool she got dizzy and fell in. The staff rushed to her side and management was there in seconds. They checked her oxygen and heart rate. They gave her some oxygen and stood by her side till she was better. I could not thank them enough. Everyone was friendly and they kept warning everyone to stay hydrated and keep cool, because it was such a hot day. My family and I would definitely go again. They've got my thumbs up.

On 7/3/17 my daughter-in-law, a Crystal Springs member, received an e-mail from Crystal Springs announcing a Free Grandparents Day event for 7/5/17. She invited us to join her and our two granddaughters on that day, and we traveled to her house 50+ miles and then followed her another 40 minute ride to Crystal Springs to learn a second e-mail had gone out on 7/3 to correct the first one that Grandparents day had been changed to 7/6/17. When she advised she hadn't received the second e-mail (she had checked her phone for it in new mail, old mail, spam mail, and recently deleted mail, having found nothing), the Manager, Ericka Greenstone practically called her a liar, stating they got no notices of undelivered e-mails. She said she could not honor the benefit a day early due to the computer, and stated she could not just allow us (ages 73 and 71, respectively) to enter through the passageway just behind us. But. we must instead buy guest passes, the cheapest way being 4 passes for $44 dollars. Because we were unable to travel back again the next day, and had invested time, travel and effort, we had no choice but to pay up. This left such a bad taste in our mouths, particularly my daughter-in-law, who had paid $580 for the season passes and had been there just a single time before the debacle happened. This was the poorest customer service incident I have experienced in my 71 years! Really, a sparsely attended park that day, unable to let 2 seniors go through. This was so onerous as when we used the facilities, we thought they were superlative, but the ethic and culture of a place that would do something like that - their initial mistake - what could possibly be on their minds? I doubt my daughter-in-law will join again and you couldn't get us back there if you paid us. They should actually make this up to her (I posted a survey on their website re this) by providing her with two free guest passes - at least acknowledge that this was a huge "oops!"
